📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the cafe.,Manage and develop a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or cafe management.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
