Bold Go Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Staff to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our outlet operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing outlet operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support marketing efforts by promoting products and services.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
