As a Chatime Staff member, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers daily and ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Our stores are located in prime locations across Bali, offering you the opportunity to work in a bustling and lively environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring they receive their drinks promptly.
• Preparing and serving a variety of tea beverages, including specialty drinks and food items.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Assisting with cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Promoting upselling and cross-selling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
