PT Indah Prima is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Boyolali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage both office and field responsibilities.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
