Zone Food Indonesia is looking for a motivated Junior HR Staff to join our team in Tebet, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle HR inquiries and provide information to employees regarding company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
