📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule subsequent interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting on various job boards.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and executing recruitment events and fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Indonesian language skills are a plus.
