In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data and make recommendations for menu and pricing strategies.,Work closely with the senior management team to achieve departmental and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
