Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise the bakery staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage the bakery's budget and financial performance.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality and timely delivery of products.,Ensure the bakery meets customer satisfaction and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of bakery operations and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
