📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Leverage Salesforce and QuickBooks to streamline financial operations and improve data accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to staff on operational best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate new technologies and tools into operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in financial operations or project management is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
