📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.,Provide product knowledge and support to customers, both in-store and via phone/email.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and targets.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of agribusiness and equipment trading is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in using CRM systems is a plus.
