📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor construction costs throughout the project lifecycle.,Oversee contract administration, including contract preparation, negotiation, and administration.,Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost forecasts, variances, and budgets.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct site inspections and audits to verify cost accuracy and compliance.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost records and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of construction cost management and contract administration.,Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control techniques.,Experience with construction contracts, including FIDIC, NEC, and local contract forms.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
