📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures,Assist in any other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software,Friendly, approachable, and patient attitude
