📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Experience with warehouse automation and technology is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is preferred.
