Den Town Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure smooth operations. As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a full-time position located in Makassar, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee team performance and provide guidance and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Train and develop new team members to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
