📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Pramuniaga in managing store operations and inventory.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.,Assist in cashier duties and financial transactions.,Support the Pramuniaga in maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.,Assist in promotional activities and sales to meet targets.,Maintain accurate records of store transactions and inventory.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a retail or store management role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with store management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions.
