Cafe Tono Sembako is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained, safe, and efficient. You will also be responsible for coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that our vehicles are used effectively and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team in the heart of Kupang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure that all vehicles are safe and compliant with all regulations,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that vehicles are used effectively and efficiently,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs,Ensure that all vehicle documentation is up-to-date and accurate,Monitor and report on vehicle performance and efficiency,Provide training and support to drivers as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
