PT Melati Usaha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a high standard of hygiene. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Create and implement daily, weekly, and seasonal menus in accordance with company policies and customer preferences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and safety standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure optimal use of resources and profitability.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.,Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques to enhance the dining experience.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering company.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience with menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.
