Crystal Shop Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant maintains the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts. This is a full-time position located in Ciputat, Banten.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain high-quality recipes and menus.,Supervise and train the kitchen staff to ensure they meet food safety and quality standards.,Oversee food costs and inventory to ensure efficient operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the management team to develop new menu items and culinary concepts.,Monitor food quality and safety to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the kitchen schedule and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with modern culinary techniques and trends.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
