PT Makmur Industri is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment management, and a passion for creating a safe and healthy work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE matters, including safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental protection.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of business operations.,Maintain and update HSE documentation, including incident reports, training records, and safety data sheets.,Promote a strong HSE culture within the organization and encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Certification in HSE management, such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HSE software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
