📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them develop and grow.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, working to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
