📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards.,Review and edit documentation to improve clarity and readability.,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Understanding of technical concepts and processes.
