📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Promote and sell products to customers, achieving sales targets.,Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail space, ensuring products are presented attractively.,Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and ordering.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,Assist in merchandising activities, such as display set-ups and promotions.,Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and product performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to learn and adapt to new products and sales techniques quickly.
