📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that all banquet areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures.,Monitor banquet budgets and expenses, ensuring they are within approved limits.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage a team and ensure high standards of service.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
