📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Providing excellent customer service to both customers and internal teams.,Monitoring and maintaining cash levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Training and mentoring new cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.,Preparing and managing end-of-day reports and reconciliations.,Ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or hospitality environment.,Proven experience in managing a team of cashiers.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
