📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on kitchen performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.
