🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare support role, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent.
