📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Coordinate with production team members to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.,Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
