📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.,Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards for data-driven decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
