As a Senior Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our crew, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the crew, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.,Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and crew members.,Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on crew performance and conduct.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in crew training and development programs.,Assist in the planning and execution of boat tours and activities.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid captain's license and other required certifications.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing and training a team.,Knowledge of local regulations and safety procedures.,Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.,Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
