📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute contracts for construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to agreed terms and conditions.,Review and negotiate contracts to ensure they are legally sound and in the best interest of the company.,Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.,Prepare and submit reports on contract performance, including key metrics and trends.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure contracts are aligned with project objectives and timelines.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.,Provide support to the Contract Manager in the execution of contracts and resolution of contract-related issues.,Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals for new projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on construction projects.,Strong understanding of Indonesian contract law and construction regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
