📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and tracking.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and promotions.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Proven track record in managing store operations and inventory.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
