📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainers and employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
