📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic security guidance to our portfolio of startups, helping them build and maintain robust security postures.
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement tailored security frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with startup teams to integrate security into their development lifecycle, fostering a culture of security awareness.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats, and proactively advise our portfolio companies.
• Work closely with Arcanys' team to ensure the security of our platform and services.
• Conduct regular security training and workshops for startup employees, enhancing their cybersecurity knowledge.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on our portfolio companies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in risk management and compliance.
• Proven track record as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or similar role in a startup or enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, particularly AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian cybersecurity landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
