As an HR Intern, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts. You'll work closely with our HR team to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for our growing company. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Support the HR team in managing job postings on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Assist in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Help in organizing and coordinating recruitment events and job fairs.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software, such as Greenhouse or Workday.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the HR field.
