📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care and medical management in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients using advanced medical technology and equipment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret test results to guide patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide education and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior medical staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical care medicine.
• Proficiency in using advanced medical equipment and technology, including ventilators, monitors, and life support systems.
