📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial packaging equipment, including labelers, printers, and converters.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on packaging machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
• Work with engineers to implement upgrades and modifications on packaging machinery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial packaging equipment.
• Proven ability to work with industrial machinery, including labelers, printers, and converters.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems, such as Siemens TIA Portal or ABB RobotStudio.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems in industrial applications.
• Familiarity with maintenance software like SAP PM or Maximo.
• Valid Safety Officer certification or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
