📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate sorting equipment and conveyor systems to efficiently process and direct parcels.
• Scan and verify parcel information using warehouse management software (WMS) such as SAP or similar systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth parcel flow and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain high productivity levels.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or warehouse industry.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in parcel handling and data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification in warehouse operations.
