📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory, outlet data, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline procurement and distribution.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide support to the team during peak periods to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all inventory transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
