📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire spectrum of financial operations, including cash flow management, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.
• Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure the financial health and compliance of the company.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive the business forward.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of the organization.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax management.
• Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
